Ethiopia is widely recognized as the genetic origin of Coffea arabica, and wild coffee forests still grow in the the southwest of the country. The genetic diversity found here is unmatched anywhere else in the coffee-producing world. This Ethiopia Gedeb Reku Habtamu is composed of landrace varieties, commonly labeled as "Ethiopian Heirloom". 

We were drawn to this offering for its sparkling acidity and soft, delicate structure. This cup is vibrant yet graceful and lively without being sharp.
