Our sourdough bread is a labor of love, with each loaf meticulously prepared, naturally fermented, and expertly baked to perfection. The long fermentation process makes the bread easier to digest. We offer a wide variety of sourdough breads, from the classic to unique and exciting inclusions.

In addition to the sourdough breads, we are very proud of our traditional Challah bread, which is one of our signature products and led to a whole different line of yeasted products like buns, Pocket Pitas, and bread sticks. All of these are real treats.
